One of the Main goals of our Band Directors and Boosters is to make our Band programs affordable and provide as many opportunities as possible for individuals to raise money through fundraising and sponsorships while still balancing the fundraising efforts that support both short-term and long-term needs and goals of the program as a whole. A families involvement in both personal and overall band fundraising is fundamental and a crucial part in providing the best possible experience for all of the kids involved in the various programs. For this reason we have tried to implement a program that allows parents the opportunity to raise part or all of their yearly fee's while establishing a base participation in other overall band fundraisers.

This is one of the best ways to offset your fees.  Various businesses offer a percentage of your purchases credited back to your student account when you shop with them.  Locally most of our grocery stores and gas stations participate and many parents find that if they only use scrip debit cards for these two items they can cover their student fees. More Information can be found here.

This will be a fundraiser with 100% of the funds raised going to your account. We will have a 12 hour rehearsal on September 15. Students will gather pledges from donors for every hour of rehearsal. We will end the night with a full performance for the public.
Students will only receive this money if they meet the minimum requirements for the  required fundraisers during the season. Failure to do so will result in all money raised by the student for the March-a-Thon being placed in the general band fund.
